Shipping policy
Processing Time Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be prepared and packaged before it ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Canada) We ship across Canada via multiple shipping services, including Canada Post. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Standard shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2–5 business days
International Shipping We ship to select countries internationally. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 10–21 business days). Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@natssavonco.ca. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
P.O. Boxes We can ship to P.O. boxes via Canada Post standard shipping.
